30-day guarantee

Every Sundayclear purchase carries a 30-day money-back guarantee. If it isn't for you, write to [to be supplied] within 30 days of purchase and you'll get a full refund, no questions asked. For the membership, this applies to your first payment; later renewal payments are covered by ordinary cancellation, not this guarantee.

EU 14-day right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you also have a statutory right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without giving a reason, under EU consumer protection law (Directive 2011/83/EU).

Waiver for immediate digital delivery

Because Sundayclear is delivered electronically and immediately after payment, the law allows you to expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that doing so ends your 14-day withdrawal right once delivery has started. At checkout you will be asked to check a box confirming: "I agree to immediate access to this digital product and I acknowledge that I lose my right of withdrawal once download begins." If you do not check that box, delivery is delayed until the withdrawal period would otherwise expire.

This waiver does not reduce or replace the 30-day money-back guarantee above — that guarantee applies regardless of the EU withdrawal waiver.

How to request a refund
