Refunds and withdrawal

30-day try-it guarantee

Run one task first. If it doesn't earn its place in your week, write to support@sundayclear.com within 30 days of purchase with one completed task — a screenshot or a paste of what a prompt gave you back is enough — and we refund you in full. That's the only thing we ask. For the membership, this applies to your first payment; later renewal payments are covered by ordinary cancellation, not this guarantee.

This guarantee is offered on top of your statutory rights and does not limit them. EU consumers keep the 14-day right of withdrawal unless they asked for immediate delivery at checkout and acknowledged losing it.

EU 14-day right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you also have a statutory right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without giving a reason, under EU consumer protection law (Directive 2011/83/EU).

Waiver for immediate digital delivery

Because Sundayclear is delivered electronically and immediately after payment, the law allows you to expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that doing so ends your 14-day withdrawal right once delivery has started. At checkout you will be asked to check a box confirming: "Send me the files right away. I understand this waives the 14-day EU withdrawal right; the 30-day try-it guarantee in the refund policy still applies."

You cannot buy the one-time products without ticking it, because they are delivered instantly. If you would rather keep the 14-day right, write to support@sundayclear.com and we will deliver after the 14 days instead.

This waiver does not reduce or replace the 30-day try-it guarantee above — that guarantee applies regardless of the EU withdrawal waiver.

How to request a refund

Email support@sundayclear.com with the email address used at checkout and one completed task — a screenshot or a paste of what a prompt gave you back is enough. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, within 5 business days, by PDF Solutions OÜ.
