What you're buying

Sundayclear sells digital products: the AI Business OS ($27), the Prompt Vault add-on ($17), the Implementation Edition ($97) and the optional Sundayclear Membership ($39 a month). Products are delivered electronically; nothing is shipped. Access is granted after payment is confirmed by our payment processor, Stripe.

Prices are shown in US dollars and are final — VAT is included in the price where it applies, and no separate tax is added at checkout. Your card issuer sets the exchange rate if your card is billed in a different currency. Access links are valid for 30 days from the date they're issued. At checkout, you may optionally have your card saved for the one-click Implementation Edition upgrade offered after purchase; you are never charged again without a separate action on your part. Promo and referral codes apply to a customer's first order only (for the membership, the first month) and may be withdrawn or changed at any time.

Acceptable use

You may use the workflows, templates and prompts for your own personal or business use, including with your own clients' work. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or republish the files themselves, in whole or in part, whether unmodified or adapted, as a standalone product or bundled with anything else.

Membership

The $39/month membership renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from the Manage or cancel membership button on your library page (/access) or by writing to support@sundayclear.com; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period, with access continuing until then.

Refunds and withdrawal

Every purchase carries a 30-day try-it guarantee, offered on top of your statutory rights and not in place of them: run one task, and if it isn't for you, email support@sundayclear.com within 30 days with one completed task and you'll get a full refund. If you are an EU consumer, you also have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, which for immediately-delivered digital content like ours requires your express waiver at checkout before delivery starts. No income claims

Sundayclear describes time and systems, never income. We make no promise or guarantee about revenue, clients, or business outcomes.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of your own country of residence if you are an EU consumer. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Estonian courts, except where mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.

We may update these terms; the version on this page at the time of purchase applies to that purchase.
