Two-minute tutorial: one idea, three social posts
Turn a single sentence you already believe into three different social posts instead of a blank post box
Staring at a blank post box is one of the more familiar small frustrations of running a service business — you know you should post more, but the page stays empty and the moment passes, and by the evening the idea you had that morning has slipped away entirely. The fix isn't more discipline, it's a smaller starting point: one idea you already believe, turned into more than one post, so you're never facing that empty box from scratch. This usually isn't a writing problem so much as a starting problem — you've got plenty to say about the actual work, whatever trade you're in, but turning that into a "post" can feel like a completely different skill, one that has nothing to do with the job itself. So the page sits empty for another week, and the plan to post more quietly slides again, not because the ideas aren't there, but because a blank box is the wrong place to start from.
Do this now
- Write one idea in a single sentence — a tip, a lesson from a job, or a small win from the week. It doesn't need to be polished or clever; it just needs to be true and specific to what you actually do for people.
- Paste that one sentence into the chat box exactly as it is, without trying to build it out first. The expanding into a full post is the next step's job, not yours, so don't waste effort doing it twice.
- Ask for three short posts built from it, each with its own opening line. Different openings mean the three posts don't read like the same thing copied out three times, even though they all share one underlying idea.
- Pick the two you like best, adjust anything that doesn't sound quite like you, and post them — saving the third version for another day if you'd rather spread them out.
Try this
Turn this one idea into three short social posts, each with a different opening line: [YOUR ONE-SENTENCE IDEA].
What you'll get back
You'll get three short, distinct posts back — same underlying point, three different ways in, so none of them feel repetitive even if you end up using more than one across the week. It can turn fifteen minutes of staring at a blinking cursor into about a minute of picking whichever one sounds most like you today. One might lead with a quick question, another with a short story from a job you just finished, a third with the plain fact of what you fixed or made — same idea, three different doors into it, so posting more than one across the same week never reads as saying the same thing twice.
This is exactly what Sundayclear's Post Repurposer helper does for you, with a full template built around it — a week's worth of content coming from one ordinary thought you already had while doing the job, instead of a blank box you have to fill three separate times from nothing at all. Do this a few times and posting stops feeling like a separate project you have to carve out time for — it becomes something you knock out between jobs, using whatever you happened to notice that day, which usually reads as more genuine than anything planned a week in advance would have anyway.
